About us
Batech Corporation, founded in 2019, specializes in recycling wet plastic waste, Hydropulp and Wet wipes.
With over 30 years of experience in the plastics industry, we have developed a special patent-pending technology and process to recycle wet plastic waste and scrap (Hard-to Recycle-Plastics). This innovative process has enabled us to access large volumes of plastic waste feedstock, preventing it from being sent to landfills and incinerators.
The solution for recycling Hydropulp & Wet Wipe waste
We operate in the niche recycling business sector, distinguishing itself from other plastic recycling companies. We focus on plastics that are challenging to recycle; much of the feedstock and waste we handle has not been processed successfully in the past. The feedstock or waste materials we are working with presents significant opportunities for recapture and reuse.
Hydropulp (hydropulper or hydrapulper) recycled plastic resin can be used in the industry, such as in composite wood applications, chemical recycling, plastic compounds, injection molding, etc.
Also known as hydropulper or hydrapulper waste
Hydropulp Waste is a byproduct of the paper recycling process, specifically from paper mills that handle paper food packaging materials like cups, plates, and takeout containers. These products are coated with a thin plastic film to provide moisture resistance and prevent the packaging from degrading during use. While the paper fiber is recovered and reused, the plastic film layer is rejected — known as hydropulp waste.
Wet Wipe Waste such as baby wipes, hand wipes, cleaning wipes, makeup wipes, and others are categorized as rejected grade from the manufacturer. Due to their high moisture content and fiber blend, these wipes are rarely recycled and usually landfilled or incinerated
Materials moisture content contains up to 1,000% (by substrate weight).
Wet wipe recycled plastic resin can be used in the industry, such as in plastic compounds, injection molding, profile extrusion, etc.
